Ultimately my background is in Mechanical Engineering and Design. With over 20 years of Product Development experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of Minnapolis companies including Graco, Nilfisk-Advance, Toro, Medtronic, Tennant, Plasmon IDE, NordicTrack, and Polaris. These experiences have given me insite into best practices and improvement processes that would be an asset to any company seeking to compete in the current lean and cost driven company.
As well, I am a graduate of the University of St. Thomas per 2007 and continue to learn through this University in my current, challenging job search. This educational effort has given me insite into Operations Management(Budgeting), Lean Enterprise and Design For Six Sigma, Manufacturing Process, and Program/Project Management. My goals through this educational endevour have been to move into a greater leadership and management role in the future.

I have over 10 years experience in the secretarial field with duties ranging from switchboard to data entry and more advanced administrative duties. For the past 3 years, I have been working in customer service in a time capture company handling client calls that range from logon questions/problems to training on how to do certain functions on the company website. I am proficient in the majority of the Microsoft Office programs. My typing speed is 65 wpm, and I have been complimented on my phone etiquette as well as my ability to complete projects either as scheduled or ahead of schedule. A lot of my experience is from working with various temp agencies which makes my resume look like I move around a lot. I am looking for a permanent position with growth potential. I currently live in Atlanta, but am relocating to the Twin Cities area at the end of May 2010. I will be in the area the week of April 19-23 to find housing and do any interviewing.
